TORAH is the first part of the TANACH or HEBREW BIBLE which Christians call the OLD TESTAMENT.

The Bibles found in hotel rooms and in every church consist of the Hebrew Bible (Tanach) and the New Testament.

In addition to the Torah, TANACH also includes PROPHETS (Isaiah, Jeremiah, Mikha, Amos etc.) and WRITINGS (Psalms, Esther, Ruth, Ecclesiastes etc.).
