Join us for Mindfulness Shabbat!

During this class you will have the opportunity to learn ancient concepts like Kabbalah, Torah Mindfulness, breathing techniques and contemplation.Our purpose is to support yourself awareness. You will learn how to be mindful of the prayers, you will start to connect with the energy of Shabbat and with your higher self and be it.
